 Q. What is the fastest way to get my order?

• As deals in our printed catalogue are so big, we may have early demand beyond our ability to prepare the orders. For this reason we recommend you place your order on line for the fastest dispatch. All orders are processed in the order they are received, however orders received online do not require data entry and go directly to dispatch.

 Q. Can I keep an X rated DVD in my home? 

• Certainly. Provided you have purchased it from clubgallery.com group, you can safely keep X rated DVDs in your home, no matter where in Australia you live. Every product delivered to you from the Club is classified “Safe to keep in your home” and is manufactured under the terms of our Government license XF004.

 Q. Can I reserve my order when sending cheque, money order or cash payments? 

• If you are paying by cheque, money order, cash or Direct Deposit and you want to have your order reserved, simply order online and post your payment and the reference number provided.

 Q. Do you have all products in your catalogue? 

• There are many products that we just do not have enough room for in the catalogue. Our most complete range of products can be found here on line. However if you prefer to order by mail, if you see something on any of our web sites you can write the product details on the order form on the back of your catalogue, and send it in the usual way

 . Q. How will my order be packaged? 

• Your privacy is important to us  so all orders are packed in plain packaging with a simple address label. We make no mention of the content or the name of the sender

 Q. What happens if I forget to include what size or colour I want?

• If you have selected one of our toys and forgot to say what size and colour we will simply send you the most popular size and colour. Apparel lines such as lingerie will require that we contact you for your selection, so please take care when ordering; omitting colour or size may cause delay.
